On balance the feature set — especially automated email and SMS marketing — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automated email and SMS marketing — handled better than most — and combines marketing and operations in one platform. Niche focus limits use outside hospitality is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
