Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: searchable transcript content and fast access to existing Spotify transcripts. Where it lags: limited to Spotify's podcast catalog. On balance the feature set — especially works with Spotify podcast episodes — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on saves time over audio transcription tools, and useful for researchers and writers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is works with Spotify podcast episodes — handled better than most — and useful for researchers and writers. Depends on transcripts being available for the episode is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
