Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: action item and decision tracking and automatic summaries and action items after each call. Where it lags: most useful for teams already using supported integrations. On balance the feature set — especially automated meeting notes and summaries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is ticket and document updates from meeting content — handled better than most — and reduces manual note-taking and follow-up overhead. Limited value for very small or informal meetings is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Ticket and document updates from meeting content is exactly what I needed, and automatic summaries and action items after each call. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
