Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Call transcripts and analytics just works and real-time response to caller intent. Quality depends on integration with existing systems can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on human-like AI voice agents, and handles inbound and outbound calls at scale caught me off guard. Voice AI disclosure may be needed in some regions is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Inbound and outbound call automation is exactly what I needed, and natural, human-like voice quality. I do wish setup and tuning required for best results, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real-time conversational handling and customizable scripts and conversation flows. On balance the feature set — especially real-time conversational handling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time response to caller intent. CRM and workflow integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and custom conversation and script design removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
