Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces friction between chat and calendar. Customizable qualifying questions fits neatly into how we already work, and calendar integration and meeting booking removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on quality of qualifying logic, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI chat for website visitor engagement, and reduces friction between chat and calendar caught me off guard. May feel impersonal for complex enterprise deals is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Works around the clock is exactly what I needed, and engages visitors 24/7 without human staffing. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of qualifying logic, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
