Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational, human-like speech is exactly what I needed, and white-glove setup with no coding required. I do wish reliance on vendor for changes and updates, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

May require tuning to match brand voice and edge cases is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Conversational, human-like speech just works and human-sounding voice with natural conversation flow. Managed service model offers less self-serve control can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
