Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational voice agents with NLU, and wide language and accent coverage caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Conversational voice agents with NLU just works and high-quality, natural-sounding voices. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversational voice agents with NLU — handled better than most — and low-latency streaming suited to real-time agents. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: studio editor for long-form audio projects and voice cloning and custom voice options. Where it lags: usage limits on lower tiers. On balance the feature set — especially multilingual support across 100+ languages — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
