Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: pipeline and candidate tracking and personalized AI-generated messages. On balance the feature set — especially aI-assisted candidate search — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-assisted candidate search — handled better than most — and speeds up candidate sourcing and outreach. Limited public detail on integrations and pricing is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Templates for recruiting workflows is exactly what I needed, and personalized AI-generated messages. I do wish limited public detail on integrations and pricing, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates repetitive scheduling tasks. Interview scheduling automation fits neatly into how we already work, and templates for recruiting workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
