Overview

Perfect Wiki is a knowledge management solution that uses AI to transform SharePoint and Teams documentation into a searchable knowledge base. It aims to address the problem of scattered and inaccessible documentation, where team members often rely on individual knowledge rather than a collective, shared resource. Perfect Wiki connects existing SharePoint folders and documents, syncing and indexing them to provide AI-driven answers in plain language. These answers are sourced and can be found in 28+ languages, allowing team members to trust the information returned and verify sources. The solution integrates with Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and SharePoint, making it easy to ask questions and access knowledge without the need for a new app or migration project. This approach enables teams to centralize and organize their knowledge, reducing onboarding times, minimizing interruptions, and improving overall collaboration and productivity.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Analytics on questions and knowledge gaps is exactly what I needed, and reports highlight content gaps. I do wish advanced features require higher-tier plans, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aI answers reduce repetitive questions. Structured wiki pages and categories fits neatly into how we already work, and search across all connected content removed a step we used to do by hand. Tied to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI question-answering bot in Teams and connects to SharePoint and existing docs. On balance the feature set — especially role-based permissions and access control — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is analytics on questions and knowledge gaps — handled better than most — and straightforward setup for non-technical teams. Worth the time if this is your use case.
