Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead capture and contact collection is exactly what I needed, and captures and qualifies leads automatically. I do wish integrations may be limited compared to larger platforms, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. Custom knowledge base training just works and handles appointment booking inside chat. Integrations may be limited compared to larger platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles appointment booking inside chat. Round-the-clock customer engagement fits neatly into how we already work, and appointment scheduling automation removed a step we used to do by hand. Less suited to large enterprise workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
