Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Enterprise knowledge integration is exactly what I needed, and agents grounded in company-specific knowledge. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom AI agent development and end-to-end deployment support for enterprises. Where it lags: likely requires onboarding and integration work. On balance the feature set — especially custom AI agent development — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and end-to-end deployment support for enterprises. Implementation and advisory services fits neatly into how we already work, and custom AI agent development removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
