Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI meeting notes and transcription just works and helps centralize team knowledge. Effectiveness depends on integration coverage can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation for routine tasks — handled better than most — and combines notes, chat, and automation in one tool. Worth the time if this is your use case.
