Overview

Occamise is a no-code platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents across multiple communication channels. These AI agents can handle various tasks such as answering calls, resolving requests, and routing important issues to the right team members without adding headcount. By integrating with existing operations and handling repetitive tasks, Occamise aims to free up employees' time so they can focus on more important work. The platform is built and managed by Occamise, allowing for complete solutions tailored to each business's needs. Occamise is already operational in hotels and offices across Australia, with examples including IHG hotels and Australian real estate companies. Occamise's AI agents can handle various communication channels, including voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and webchat. They can be integrated with existing property management systems and other business tools. The platform is designed to learn and improve over time, getting sharper with each day. Case studies show that Occamise can resolve up to 60% of guest calls without staff involvement and convert them into relevant tasks such as housekeeping or engineering jobs. Occamise claims to own the full stack of its technology, allowing for better quality and ongoing improvement compared to traditional AI companies. However, more information on the platform's capabilities and limitations is needed to make a comprehensive evaluation. The company offers bespoke solutions for offices, real estate companies, and hotels, with the goal of streamlining communication and automating repetitive tasks. Occamise's platform is designed to adapt to each business's needs and improve over time, making it a potential solution for companies looking to enhance their communication and streamline operations.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the API, and support is responsive caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The integrations is exactly what I needed, and it saves real time. I do wish the docs could be deeper, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it saves real time. The dashboard fits neatly into how we already work, and the onboarding removed a step we used to do by hand. A few rough edges remain, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and the value for money is strong. The onboarding fits neatly into how we already work, and the onboarding removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
