Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-powered insight summaries just works and useful for influencer and audience discovery. Coverage depends on available public social data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Creator and audience discovery is exactly what I needed, and useful for influencer and audience discovery. I do wish may require onboarding to use advanced features effectively, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: cross-platform social analytics and combines multiple social data sources in one place. Where it lags: primarily geared toward growth and marketing teams. On balance the feature set — especially competitive benchmarking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines multiple social data sources in one place. Creator and audience discovery fits neatly into how we already work, and creator and audience discovery removed a step we used to do by hand. Coverage depends on available public social data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
