Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales across individual and team use. Task and project tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and smart scheduling and reminders removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for advanced automations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: team collaboration tools and reduces context switching for users. On balance the feature set — especially smart scheduling and reminders — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cross-tool integrations, and scales across individual and team use caught me off guard. May require setup to fit existing workflows is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is task and project tracking — handled better than most — and scales across individual and team use. May require setup to fit existing workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Workflow automation is exactly what I needed, and centralizes team coordination. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
