Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-generated summaries — handled better than most — and saves time on post-meeting follow-ups. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automatic meeting transcription, and creates a searchable archive of conversations caught me off guard. Limited usefulness for very short or informal calls is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Action item and key point extraction is exactly what I needed, and automates note-taking during meetings. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: action item and key point extraction and generates concise, structured summaries. On balance the feature set — especially aI-generated summaries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
