Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Natural language conversational interface is exactly what I needed, and reduces app-switching for everyday productivity. I do wish effectiveness depends on integrations available, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is natural language conversational interface — handled better than most — and combines tasks and communications in one assistant. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Personalized assistance for daily workflows just works and reduces app-switching for everyday productivity. May require setup time to personalize responses can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines tasks and communications in one assistant. Drafting and managing communications fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-assisted task creation and tracking removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited depth compared to dedicated project management tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: natural language conversational interface and conversational interface lowers the learning curve. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on integrations available. On balance the feature set — especially personalized assistance for daily workflows — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
