Overview

Loisa AI is an open-source AI coworker designed to run on a company's machine, allowing it to integrate deeply with existing tools and workflows. It serves as a qualified signup and trial-to-paying customer agent, handling tasks such as weekly reports, follow-ups, approvals, and status updates in the user's voice. Loisa builds a company-wide brain by reading and writing plain markdown files about people, projects, customers, and playbooks, making the company AI-native. It compounds its capabilities with every task and can be interacted with through Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. Loisa also integrates with over 1,000 tools, including Notion, GitHub, Shopify, and CRMs, with a single click. The AI agent runs autonomously, handling heartbeats, cron jobs, and triggers, making it a persistent coworker that never logs off. Loisa is built on top of open-source components like Hermes Agent, Composio, and OpenViking, and is designed to be self-hosted on the company's machine, ensuring data privacy and control.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on trial conversion optimization, and automates repetitive lead qualification work caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is routing of qualified leads to sales — handled better than most — and helps prioritize high-intent prospects. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated lead qualification conversations is exactly what I needed, and automates repetitive lead qualification work. I do wish limited public information on integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated lead qualification conversations just works and automates repetitive lead qualification work. Limited public information on integrations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
