Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports common academic citation styles. Built-in document editor fits neatly into how we already work, and automated source discovery and citation insertion removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Built-in document editor just works and integrates writing and citation lookup in one workflow. May raise academic integrity concerns at some institutions can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated source discovery and citation insertion and supports common academic citation styles. Where it lags: may raise academic integrity concerns at some institutions. On balance the feature set — especially paraphrasing and rewriting tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
