Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-assisted summaries and updates is exactly what I needed, and fast, polished interface with strong keyboard shortcuts. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and opinionated workflows reduce setup overhead. Roadmaps and milestone planning fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-assisted summaries and updates removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited to engineering teams, less ideal for non-technical workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on issue tracking with cycles and projects, and opinionated workflows reduce setup overhead caught me off guard. Pricing can scale quickly for larger orgs is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is roadmaps and milestone planning — handled better than most — and clean APIs and automation options. Less flexible than highly customizable trackers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
