Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is live PO and shipment tracking — handled better than most — and helps surface risks and delays early. Primarily targeted at mid-to-large manufacturers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time visibility across orders and shipments. ERP and procurement system integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics on supplier performance removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Analytics on supplier performance just works and helps surface risks and delays early. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI agents for supplier follow-ups and automates repetitive supplier communications. Where it lags: primarily targeted at mid-to-large manufacturers. On balance the feature set — especially aI agents for supplier follow-ups — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Q&A

Is Leverage AI a good fit for small manufacturers, or only larger ones?

The platform is primarily targeted at mid-to-large manufacturers, since it relies on ERP integration and structured supplier workflows. Smaller manufacturers without an ERP or significant supplier volume may not realize the full benefit.

Which ERP and procurement systems does Leverage AI integrate with?

Leverage AI connects to major ERP systems and supplier networks to pull live purchase order and shipment data. Specific ERP partners aren't listed here, but integration with your ERP and supplier data is required to unlock the platform's full value.

How does Leverage AI reduce manual work for procurement teams?

AI agents automate routine supplier communications like order confirmations, status follow-ups, and check-ins, cutting down on email and spreadsheet work. Buyers and planners get exception alerts and live PO/shipment tracking instead of chasing updates manually.
