Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and support is responsive. The dashboard fits neatly into how we already work, and the integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. The docs could be deeper, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the onboarding and it saves real time. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the core workflow and support is responsive. Where it lags: the mobile experience lags. On balance the feature set — especially the core workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the API, and it saves real time caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
