Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and conversational access to enterprise data caught me off guard. Requires existing SAP infrastructure is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Role-based security and governance just works and collaborative multi-agent capabilities. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and respects existing role-based permissions. Integration with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language queries across SAP systems removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires existing SAP infrastructure, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is role-based security and governance — handled better than most — and respects existing role-based permissions. Requires existing SAP infrastructure is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
