Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable responses and branding is exactly what I needed, and easy to deploy on websites. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead capture and qualification and helps capture and qualify leads. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on integration quality. On balance the feature set — especially around-the-clock availability — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
