Overview

Imbue is an AI research lab developing advanced AI agents capable of robust reasoning and coding to accomplish complex tasks autonomously. They focus on creating tools that work for individuals, not the companies that built them, aiming to amplify human capability rather than replace it. Their goal is to help people think, create, and build with AI that is loyal to the user. They publish research, engage in policy work to protect individual liberty, and develop various AI-powered tools like Bouncer, mngr, and Sculptor. Imbue's mission is to drive change towards a future where humans come first in the development and control of AI.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the onboarding — handled better than most — and support is responsive. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the dashboard — handled better than most — and the value for money is strong. The mobile experience lags is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and it saves real time. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The API is exactly what I needed, and it is genuinely easy to set up. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
