Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and runs continuously without manual triggers. Automated follow-up sequences fits neatly into how we already work, and autonomous candidate sourcing across platforms removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited transparency into ranking criteria, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is ongoing pipeline management — handled better than most — and runs continuously without manual triggers. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Personalized outreach generation just works and personalized candidate messaging at scale. Quality depends on accuracy of role brief can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
