Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored interview prep for technical roles. Automated interview question generation fits neatly into how we already work, and structured screening workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Technical hiring pipeline management is exactly what I needed, and instant, criteria-based candidate scoring. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of input data, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
