Overview

Conversational AI agents that combine human-like qualities with AI capabilities to perform tasks traditionally handled by humans. These proactive agents aim to bring efficiency and effectiveness to industries where human interaction is necessary. By mimicking human characteristics, they can build rapport, understand nuances, and respond in a manner that is more relatable than traditional AI systems. However, their ability to perform tasks autonomously may raise questions about job displacement and the need for human oversight. The human-like qualities of these agents can also lead to increased emotional investment and potential for bias. Their ability to work independently means they can be integrated into various systems and workflows, but may require additional integration efforts. In contrast to other conversational AI agents, proactivity and ability to perform tasks traditionally handled by humans set these systems apart.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The core workflow just works and the value for money is strong. The docs could be deeper can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The onboarding is exactly what I needed, and support is responsive. I do wish pricing gets steep at scale, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
