Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the core workflow, and support is responsive caught me off guard. The mobile experience lags is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and the value for money is strong. The automation fits neatly into how we already work, and the integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. The mobile experience lags, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and it is genuinely easy to set up. On balance the feature set — especially the dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the API — handled better than most — and the value for money is strong. Pricing gets steep at scale is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What can HIA actually do with my blood report?

HIA is an AI agent that analyzes blood-report PDFs and returns personalized health insights. You upload your report and it interprets the results to surface relevant takeaways for you.

Does HIA save my past analyses, and is it secure?

Yes. HIA includes built-in authentication so each user has their own account, and it keeps an analysis history so you can revisit previous blood-report insights over time.

Is HIA free, and can I self-host or customize it?

HIA is open-source, so you can use, inspect, and self-host the code. This makes it suitable for developers or organizations that want to deploy or adapt a blood-report analysis agent on their own infrastructure.
