Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Lead capture and qualification just works and can be trained on business-specific content. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps capture and qualify leads. Conversion-focused prompts fits neatly into how we already work, and lead capture and qualification removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on natural language conversation flow, and provides 24/7 automated visitor engagement caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on quality of training data is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
