Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and role-play features help reps practice live scenarios. AI lead and account research fits neatly into how we already work, and sales role-play and coaching simulations removed a step we used to do by hand. Output quality depends on available prospect data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: built for SDR and AE teams and combines prospecting, outreach, and training in one tool. On balance the feature set — especially aI lead and account research — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is sales role-play and coaching simulations — handled better than most — and reduces manual research time for SDRs. May require integration setup with existing CRM stack is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
