Overview

Google Agentspace is an enterprise AI platform that brings together Google's foundation models, enterprise search, and customizable AI agents in a single workspace. It connects to a company's internal data sources—documents, emails, databases, and third-party SaaS apps—allowing employees to find information and complete tasks through natural language. The platform lets organizations deploy prebuilt agents or design custom ones using a no-code agent builder, with grounding in proprietary data to reduce hallucinations. It is designed for knowledge workers who need to synthesize information, generate reports, and automate multi-step workflows across siloed business systems. Agentspace integrates with Google Cloud's security and governance controls, making it suitable for regulated industries that require auditable AI deployments at scale.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and enterprise-grade security and governance. No-code agent designer fits neatly into how we already work, and prebuilt and custom AI agents removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multimodal generation with Gemini — handled better than most — and backed by Google's Gemini models. Setup and data integration can be complex is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
