Overview

Fluents is an AI voice agent platform designed to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls without human operators. Businesses can deploy conversational agents to manage tasks like lead qualification, appointment scheduling, customer support, and follow-up calls across high volumes of interactions. The platform unifies call workflows under a single system, letting teams design agent behavior, connect to existing tools and data sources, and monitor performance across campaigns. It targets operations that rely heavily on phone communication, such as sales, healthcare intake, and service-based businesses. By combining natural-sounding voice synthesis with automated dialing and call routing, Fluents aims to reduce staffing costs while keeping conversations consistent and trackable.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls is exactly what I needed, and useful for sales, support, and scheduling workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with business tools and CRMs is exactly what I needed, and consistent agent behavior across interactions. I do wish per-minute costs can add up at high volumes, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is scalable concurrent call handling — handled better than most — and handles both inbound and outbound calls in one platform. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
