Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Keyword and phrase search across meetings is exactly what I needed, and automated transcripts and summaries. I do wish advanced features require paid plans, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automatic meeting recording and transcription — handled better than most — and automated transcripts and summaries. Transcription accuracy varies by accent and audio quality is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
