Pretty happy overall. Spreadsheet-ready structured data just works and clean CSV and Excel output. Dependent on TikTok policy changes can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: cSV and Excel download formats and useful for sentiment and audience research. On balance the feature set — especially spreadsheet-ready structured data — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. CSV and Excel download formats is exactly what I needed, and useful for sentiment and audience research. I do wish advanced analytics not included natively, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
