Overview

Eleven Music is an AI-powered music generation tool that creates studio-quality tracks from simple text prompts. It allows users to generate complete songs in minutes, choosing from any genre, style, vocals, or instrumental options. The platform is designed for businesses, artists, creators, and music lovers, enabling them to turn their visions into reality by describing the genre, mood, and style in natural language. The tool works by taking a text prompt from the user, who can refer to a prompting guide for best practices on style and lyrics. Users then select settings such as the number of variants and duration. They can make edits to refine their track in the editor, adjusting lyrics, adding or removing sections, and applying style keywords. Eleven Music offers several advantages, including the ability to generate polished, fully-produced songs and take full control by generating and editing song sections. The platform produces studio-quality tracks suitable for commercial and creative use across various media, including film, TV, podcasts, advertising, gaming, and social media. Users praise Eleven Music for revolutionizing their workflow, allowing for the creation of high-quality music in a fraction of the time. The tool is particularly useful for film composers, podcast producers, indie artists, game developers, and marketing directors, who appreciate its ease of use, editing capabilities, and commercial rights. Overall, Eleven Music provides an intuitive platform for creating custom music, offering a range of styles and applications, from cinematic film scores and pop tracks to ad jingles.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Text-to-music generation is exactly what I needed, and studio-quality audio output. I do wish licensing terms require careful review, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on text-to-music generation, and useful for creators needing original music caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: suitable for commercial content workflows and studio-quality audio output. Where it lags: less granular control than a DAW. On balance the feature set — especially genre and mood customization — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
