Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the API, and it saves real time caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The dashboard just works and it is genuinely easy to set up. A few rough edges remain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The onboarding is exactly what I needed, and support is responsive. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and the value for money is strong. The onboarding fits neatly into how we already work, and the integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Q&A

What can I actually build with Dust AI?

Dust AI is an enterprise platform for composing custom AI agents, workflows, and integrations that leverage your company's data and existing tools. It's designed for teams that want tailored AI assistants rather than off-the-shelf chatbots.

Can Dust AI connect to our internal company data and existing tools?

Yes. A core part of Dust AI is composing agents and workflows that integrate with your company data and existing tools, allowing the AI to act on context specific to your organization rather than relying solely on general knowledge.

Is Dust AI suitable for non-enterprise or individual users?

Dust AI is positioned as an enterprise platform, so it's primarily aimed at organizations needing to connect company data, tools, and workflows. Smaller teams or individuals may find it more than they need compared to lighter-weight AI assistant tools.
