Overview

Digital ClerX is a vertical-AI platform built for enterprises that need domain-specific automation rather than generic large language model wrappers. It combines tailored models, workflow orchestration, and integration layers to address use cases within particular industries such as finance, legal, healthcare, and operations. The platform focuses on embedding AI into existing business processes, helping teams automate document handling, decision support, and knowledge retrieval at scale. It is positioned for organizations that require governance, security, and customization beyond off-the-shelf AI assistants. With its vertical approach, Digital ClerX aims to reduce the time enterprises spend adapting general-purpose AI to their specific data, terminology, and compliance requirements.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Vertical-AI models tuned per industry is exactly what I needed, and built for enterprise security and governance. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and industry-specific models reduce customization effort. Enterprise integrations and APIs fits neatly into how we already work, and document processing and knowledge retrieval removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: vertical-AI models tuned per industry and scales across multiple departments and use cases. Where it lags: enterprise pricing not publicly transparent. On balance the feature set — especially role-based access and compliance controls — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
