Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics and logs — handled better than most — and customizable branding and chatbot personality. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Website and app embed widgets is exactly what I needed, and trains on diverse sources including docs, URLs, and media. I do wish advanced features gated behind higher tiers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom chatbot training on user data and customizable branding and chatbot personality. Where it lags: quality depends on uploaded training material. On balance the feature set — especially custom chatbot training on user data — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Conversation analytics and logs just works and customizable branding and chatbot personality. Limited deep workflow automation compared to enterprise platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
