We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built-in NPS, CSAT and review surveys. Shared inbox for team collaboration fits neatly into how we already work, and email marketing and automation funnels removed a step we used to do by hand. Advanced features locked behind higher tiers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: video and voice chat support and built-in NPS, CSAT and review surveys. On balance the feature set — especially email marketing and automation funnels — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
