Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated multi-source data collection is exactly what I needed, and useful across sales, investing, and recruiting. I do wish requires fact-checking for critical decisions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and produces structured, readable reports. Automated multi-source data collection fits neatly into how we already work, and automated multi-source data collection removed a step we used to do by hand. Output quality depends on source availability, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: competitor and market analysis and aggregates data from multiple sources. Where it lags: requires fact-checking for critical decisions. On balance the feature set — especially recent news and event tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is recent news and event tracking — handled better than most — and useful across sales, investing, and recruiting. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A

What kind of information does the agent include in its reports?

Reports cover company financial and business overviews, competitor and market analysis, leadership and team insights, and recent news or event tracking. Outputs are delivered as structured, exportable summary reports.

Who is the Company Research Agent best suited for?

It's designed for analysts, sales teams, investors, and job seekers who need fast, structured company profiles covering financials, leadership, products, competitors, and recent news without manually combing through scattered web sources.

How reliable is the research output for high-stakes decisions?

Quality depends on the availability of public sources, and the agent may miss private or paywalled data. For critical decisions like investments or major sales deals, the tool's output should be fact-checked before being relied upon.
