Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces context switching between apps. Content drafting with prompts fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated diagrams and flowcharts removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for teams used to specialized tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is shared collaborative workspace — handled better than most — and reduces context switching between apps. Breadth of features may dilute depth in each area is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-format export options and aI assistance speeds up early drafts. Where it lags: generated output often needs manual refinement. On balance the feature set — especially content drafting with prompts — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-generated diagrams and flowcharts is exactly what I needed, and reduces context switching between apps. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
