Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and flexible natural-language prompts. Custom workflows and automations fits neatly into how we already work, and works alongside Clay's data providers removed a step we used to do by hand. Output quality depends on prompt clarity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is works alongside Clay's data providers — handled better than most — and flexible natural-language prompts. Occasional inaccuracies require human review is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Structured outputs for spreadsheets and CRMs just works and automates time-consuming manual web research. Credit-based usage can get expensive at scale can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
