I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automated meeting scheduling via email — handled better than most — and natural, human-like email communication. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works directly within existing email threads. Automated meeting scheduling via email fits neatly into how we already work, and time zone coordination removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to scheduling-related tasks, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Works with common email and calendar platforms is exactly what I needed, and removes repetitive scheduling tasks. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: natural language email replies and removes repetitive scheduling tasks. Where it lags: subscription cost may be high for individuals. On balance the feature set — especially handles rescheduling and cancellations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
