Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aPI and SDK access, and no-code agent builder available caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is widget and website embedding — handled better than most — and multi-platform deployment options. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Multi-channel integrations (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp) just works and developer-friendly SDK and API. Pricing may scale with heavy usage can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-channel integrations (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp) is exactly what I needed, and custom training on user-supplied data. I do wish advanced features require technical setup, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
