Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: document and PDF ingestion and trains on multiple source types. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base-driven responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom chatbot deployment just works and trains on multiple source types. Limited transparency on supported integrations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated customer interactions is exactly what I needed, and useful for support and internal knowledge. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom chatbot deployment — handled better than most — and trains on multiple source types. Worth the time if this is your use case.
