Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multilingual dialogue support — handled better than most — and characters with memory and emotional responses. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Custom character personalities and memory just works and characters with memory and emotional responses. Learning curve for complex story design can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multilingual dialogue support is exactly what I needed, and voice and text interaction supported. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and voice and text interaction supported. Custom character personalities and memory fits neatly into how we already work, and multilingual dialogue support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
