Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on transcript-based question answering, and makes podcast archives searchable through conversation caught me off guard. Limited value for very small podcast libraries is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Content discovery across full episode archives is exactly what I needed, and lowers the barrier to finding specific topics in episodes. I do wish may require ongoing updates as new episodes release, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: shareable or embeddable chat interface and lowers the barrier to finding specific topics in episodes. On balance the feature set — especially aI chatbot trained on podcast episodes — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and increases listener engagement beyond passive listening. Shareable or embeddable chat interface fits neatly into how we already work, and audience engagement for podcast hosts removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
