Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is quote and document preparation support — handled better than most — and helps agents respond to leads faster. Limited to the insurance vertical is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored specifically to insurance workflows. Sales assistance for agents fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven task automation removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Sales assistance for agents is exactly what I needed, and frees up time for higher-value client work. I do wish limited to the insurance vertical, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Insurance-specific workflow tools just works and automates time-consuming insurance admin tasks. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
