Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conflict detection and rescheduling and sends timely reminders and prep notes. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on accurate availability data. On balance the feature set — especially calendar sync and availability detection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and sends timely reminders and prep notes. AI-assisted meeting scheduling fits neatly into how we already work, and automated reminders and follow-ups removed a step we used to do by hand. May need manual review for complex scheduling, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
